To order online from DISPOZITIVE.ro necessary to go through several steps.
1 - You create an account. Data are necessary for us to know where to deliver the products or how to contact you for clarification. This account is created only once. In subsequent entries, you only need to login by username and password. If you forgot your password recovery is possible by entering your email address with which you have registered. In few minutes you will receive an email with the new password generated automatically by the system. ATTENTION! Password is case sensitive and should be introduced as RECEIVED!
2 - You choose the products, adding to Cart. You can give them, or you can check all pending leave cosul anything you want.
3 - Send the command. You can add comments, special requests. You will receive a new confirmation mail automatically. Later, you can enter in the account to see what is the status order. Please read further information on sending commands. Orders are received and processed in the shortest time in the zone 9 - 19 Monday to Friday.
Prices are displayed in EURO or LEI and include VAT.
For customers resident in Romania invoice is issued in LEI, regardless of the currency in which you made the order.
Waiver to purchase:
a) The customer has the right to notify in writing that the dealer give up buying, without penalty and without invoking any reason, within 10 working days after receiving the product.

c) refund the product will be done within 30 days of return.
