During the completion of your order, you can select the preferred method of transport for goods ordered:
1. Delivery by courier in 1-2 working days, in Romania, pay in cash at the destination upon receiving the package ();
2. Delivery by Romanian Postal service in 3-5 working days, in Romania, pay in cash at the destination upon receiving the package;
3. Delivery by courier in 1-2 working days from confirmation of payment in advance, on the Romanian territory ();
4. Lifting products directly from our office in Bucharest during working hours Monday - Friday 9 and 18, without transport charges;
5. Delivery in max. 24 hours in Bucharest, during working hours Monday - Friday 9 and 18.
6. International delivery, in about 5 working days from confirmation of payment in advance, via Priority Mail service.
Orders made after 3:00 PM, will be processed during the following day.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Depending on the chosen mode of transport, payment may be made by cash on delivery, payment order or bank transfer to our account issued on the basis of proforma invoice issued at the time of order or cash and cards at our office if found to products directly.
OTHER INFORMATION
Delivery of products is made directly to your address by courier within 24 - 48 hours of confirmation of order, during the week 9-18 times Monday - Friday.
For any command, shipping fee is calculated automaticaly, depending of selected method (for places where there are offices of the courier companies). In case the delivery is in areas where there are no offices of courier company, is charged an additional fee of 0.2 EUR / km from the nearest office.
Also, delivery can be made by the Romanian postal services paid to the destination of the shipment.
For orders exceeding 300 EUR (~ 1200 LEI), no tax is levied transport commission only courier company to pay with cash.
NOTE:
- Fees for transportation and how to pay "cash on delivery" are valid only for items on the Romanian territory.
- For INTERNATIONAL delivery, method of payment is bank transfer in advance, in our account in EURO.
- Your order can be honored, the delivery period is 5-7 days after confirmation of payment by Priority Mail directly to your delivery address indicated. You will be informed about the cost of transport.
- You can request delivery by UPS, DHL, EMS, faster (24 hours). The cost of transport varies depending on destination and will be calculated individually.
